$305,882 with a median sales price of $292,000. November 2014 had a very slight increase of homes sold-72-the average sales price last year was $295,934 with a median sales price of $264,500 after an average DOM of 53.

In October 2015, we had a bit of a bump both in quantity of homes sold as well as higher average and median sales prices. There were 113 single family residences sold after an average DOM of 49. The average sales price was $318,476 with a median sales price of $295,000.
